Hike & Survival Assistant Instructor

The training for Assistant Instructor Hike & Survival has been developed for other training courses that want to accommodate this specialization at Voshaar. If one lacks framework, knowledge, resources, location and/or time within a training course, one can go to Voshaar. The student is trained to assist with lessons and training concerning the many techniques that H & S has to offer.

The course leader is Raoul Kluivers. Raoul is the only IGA Professional Interpretive Guide and CSWI instructor -level 3- in the Netherlands and has many years of experience in instructing and guiding in the wilderness areas of Europe and Canada.

Start of course: In consultation. In principle, the course can be given in any season. It is possible to organize the course spread out. For example, the first week in the fall and the 2nd week in the spring.

Course duration: 2 x 5 days (Monday 12:00 to Friday 15:00) Costs: €450 per person for up to 10 participants (excluding meals and insurance, including meals Outdoor cooking) From 11 participants on quotation basis.

Examination: The last day is an exam day, where 'all' techniques are covered. - Practice - Theory (minimum score of 6.0)
