Wild Water Specialization Course
'The Legends of the Falls'

This year course is suitable for all levels. You will join one of the training groups. .
Beginners, advanced or advanced.
White water classes from WW 1 to WW 4+.

This is an instructor training but can also be done to increase your own skills. Accents will be determined by the choice 'Instructor' or 'Own skills'
Kayakers with a Voshaar MBO or BSI background can also 'upgrade' from the Wild Water level (Instructor) within this course.

– Minimum 5 days Espace eau vive Isle de La Serre in Sault Brénaz (October)
– Minimum 5 days French Alps or Spanish Pyrenees (April-May)
– As an extra service, it is also possible to join our training courses at Sault Brénaz during the summer holidays. However, these are usually not directly consecutive days.
– 2 days of training in Germany (slalom course Hohenlimburg)
– At least 2 days of training in Hardenberg
– At least 4 training days (weekend) on the Voshaar
– Free kayak training on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM at our location in Eibergen from May to September (except the summer holidays). After consultation, this can sometimes also be done on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings during that period.
– Training schedule for strength and endurance (recommended during the winter period)

Total program costs:
€ 800,-
€ 100,- discount for own material
(excluding travel, accommodation and insurance)

You can also register for a 'separate' week abroad.
No base is required for the October week, some kayaking experience (WW 2) is a 'must' for the May week.

Kayaking is a dynamic and technical sport. During the training we will make many hours of sailing on beautiful routes in the Alps, the Pyrenees and on the slalom course of Sault Brénaz.
The following is discussed.
Paddle strokes: including high support, low support, pull stroke, bow stroke, sculling, duffek
Eskimo roll on WW 1/2/3

Rafting is also covered.

Every year we sail five days on the slalom course of Sault Brénaz, five days in the Alps or Pyrenees and two or three days in the summer again at Sault Brénaz.
In addition, training takes place during the weekends at the Voshaarvijver and on the whitewater courses of Hardenberg and Hohenlimburg.
