Raoul Kluivers is the driving force behind the Voshaar courses. Sports instructor and also owner of the fox hair. Born on the place where the outdoor sports center is now, Raoul has been involved in sports and nature from an early age. He started giving training in '86 and in the early 90's he followed the training at the CIOS in Heerenveen. Raoul combines his many years of experience with pure passion for sport and nature. After his first visit to Canada in 2000, Raoul has developed into the Dutch specialist of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, which resulted in obtaining the Professional Interpretive Hiking Guide diploma from IGA. With this he has placed himself among the select group of guides of the Rocky Mountain Parks and is the only Dutchman with this diploma. In 2016, Raoul received the IGA Award of Excellence. Raoul is Wilderness Guide Level 3 Boreal/Nemoral. In addition to his specializations in the various outdoor sports disciplines, Raoul is a true connoisseur of birds, mammals and tracking. His years of experience and know-how offers students the extra that is often missed elsewhere.

Margaret Fisher
After graduating as a teacher in primary education, she worked in youth care for 17 years, as a pedagogical assistant, teacher and coordinator. Margot has completed the Team Coaching and Guidance training at the NCOI in Utrecht. In addition, Margot is a lover of nature and outdoor sports and can regularly be found in the Canadian Rocky Mountains and French Alps. Flora (Plant Medicine) is one of her passions. She is currently working at the fox hair as a team coach, trainer and examiner MFA, trainer WFA and teacher at the MBO Voshaar Outdoor Sports & Guiding. Margot is also an IGA Interpretive Hiking Guide.
Richard Coulson Day has been part of the Voshaar team for years. Specialist in outdoor sports disciplines such as kayaking, rafting, climbing and rope techniques and also a teacher at the Voshaar MBO education
Connor Kluivers is a top athlete, runner and specialist in the 1500 meters. Connor is also a treadmill trainer and knows everything about training, training structure and nutrition.
David Holder
David lives in Alberta, Canada and is a Bushcraft & Survival specialist.
David has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience and is the Safety and Survival consultant of the Alone show.
