
This specialization can only be completed after completing the Hiking & Survival Instructor program (or in the same year) and/or the Outdoor Sports Instructor program. An equivalent program or training program, even from another educational institution, may also be accepted. This also applies to sufficient experience and mastery of basic techniques such as fire, shelter, and orientation.
You will be trained as a Hiking & Backpacking Guide and learn how to plan, organize and lead multi-day trips in semi-remote Wilderness areas.

This training is offered as standard within the MBO Wildernis training.
When you do the Hiking & Backpacking course it is also possible to obtain the Wilderness Leader – Interpretive Hiking Guide certification.

– Good and suitable clothing
